Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using or ordering from Solarus360 and the https://solarus360.com website.

This website and/or the actual services provided (the “Service”) operated by Solarus360, (“us”, “we”, or “our”).  Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, address, credit card, and other general order information. Taxes

Beginning January 1, 2022, a 8.25% sales tax will be added in addition to the advertised price for all products and services provided, with some exceptions. All pricing will be updated to reflect whether its tax included or not.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You have full control of your subscription, billing and account by logging into your account at https://cedar-creek-lake.smblogin.com.

Unpaid Invoices

Starting January 1, 2022 we will start suspending services for any unpaid invoice that is more than 30 days past due. That includes all services. If you have an SEO invoice that is more than 30 days past due, your website will be suspended (That is where the SEO service is being done on). "Suspended" means, NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE. When you pay the invoice, the services will be restored and usable again usually within minutes. The only exceptions is if you have a special agreement with us.

For invoices that are unpaid and over 90 days past due, Solarus360 will no longer be responsible for the content. Meaning, most likely your website (or other services) will be deleted and can not be restored. Again, if you are having financial hardships and you talk to us, we might be able to give you an exception that works for everyone.

Refunds & Cancellations

Projects

Our marketing services carry a NO REFUND policy for any work already done, and in some cases, after the start of any work, even if its not complete. If you change your mind within 5 business days of ordering, and before we start work on your project, we will return your full payment minus a minimum 15% processing & handling fee within 3-5 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS, unless explicitly stated otherwise during limited promotionals.

Renewals

All Website hosting & marketing services renewals must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to set renewal processing time. Monthly or annual renewing services that are cancelled before the fulfillment is complete, will NOT be offered a refund but will receive a credit that can be used towards anything you may need from us within 2 years. (See credit section below)

Credits

Credit notes can be used only by the person or business they were issued to and cannot be transferred/sold/given away. You can however use them for another business owned by that same person. All credit notes expire in 2 years and have zero value after expiration.

Refusal of Service

Solarus360 retains the right to refuse service at any time for anyone, including crude, scammy, illegal, or otherwise objectionable products or services, the adult services or products industry, or any other service, product, or industry that goes against our professional or moral standards. This is to be determined at the sole discretion of Solarus360. 

In the event of a request for our services for a legitimate product or service that we are not able to fulfill or conscientiously object to, we will, at our sole discretion, refer you to another venue or company prepared to handle your request. 

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, blog posts, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the places this is shared and how it is used.

Affiliate & External Website Links

Our website(s), blog posts and services may contain links to third-party websites or services that when used to purchase from, we may receive compensation from your purchase.  These third-­party web sites or services are not owned or controlled by Solarus360 and Solarus360 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. 

You further acknowledge and agree that Solarus360 shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with use of, or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
